How we ride
Respect the space. Slow down near people, dogs, children. It costs you nothing. It doesn’t stress them, doesn’t create danger. If there’s a leashed dog, a free-roaming pet, or a kid on foot or a small bike - apply this rule twice.
Don’t appear out of nowhere. Don’t cut blind corners. Don’t come around a wall at speed. Expect the unpredictable - pedestrians are unpredictable, and that’s their right.
Start safe. Only mount and launch where the worst outcome is scuffing your own gear - not hitting someone. A wobble at startup near a crowd is reckless, not unlucky.
Ride with margin. Don’t push the limit. Don’t even hold the limit to maintain speed - back off. If electronics fail at margin, you get a scare. If they fail at the limit, you get a catastrophe. Power reserve isn’t just about the wheel. It’s about your attitude.
